Belief – is primarily mental assent to doctrines and facts.

Trust – is a heart attitude that expresses itself in righteous acts!

Trust implies obedience! If one has a genuine and unreserved trust, reliance, faith, and belief in someone - then one will be faithful to Him and trustworthy in carrying out His commands. Therefore, faith implies faithfulness which equals trust which equals obedience 

Faith = Faithfulness = Trust = Obedience
